Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a payday loan and an installment loan?

A payday loan is a short-term loan which becomes due on your next payday. An installment loan is paid over time with equal payments. Your account is paid in full when you finish making your payments, or you can always pay early without a penalty.

What do I need to qualify?

Live in the local area, have verifiable income, and a checking account with checks or a debit card.

What are your days and hours of operation?

All store locations are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed Sunday.

Do you check my credit rating?

No, we do not pull your credit report to qualify you for a payday advance.

What if I have filed bankruptcy in the past, can I still qualify?

No problem, as long as your bankruptcy has been discharged.

How can I apply?

The quickest way is to call the location that is most convenient for you or you can apply online and a representative will contact you the same day if you are applying during regular business hours. If you are applying after 6:00 pm, we will contact you by 10:00am the next business day.

How long does it take to get an approval?

It normally takes 30 minutes or less from application to pre-approval.

How much can I borrow?

Each customer’s situation is different and the only way for us to determine what is right for you is to process the application completely. We will do our absolute best to try to get you the amount that you request. We provide loans up to $1,000.

Do I need direct deposit to qualify for a loan?

No. You can qualify for a loan even if you don’t have a direct deposit into your account.

Does my credit line ever increase?

Yes. We re-evaluate your account each time you bring new information in to us and may periodically raise your loan limit up to the amount allowed by state and federal regulations.

Can I have a loan at more than one of your stores?

Yes! You may have an account at both of our locations if you qualify.

What options do I have when my loan is due?

You can pick your check up and pay it in full. You can have us deposit your check into your checking account. You can pay just the interest fee on your loan and extend it until next payday. You can pay more than the interest fee to extend your loan and reduce the amount of your principal.

What options do I have when my installment loan is due?

You can always pay your loan in full with no penalty. You can make your scheduled installment loan payment, or you can pay more than your scheduled payment and reduce the balance of your loan.

Are your services confidential?
